Through creative workshops, performances, and public events, we empower migrants and refugees to tell their own stories. By converting experiences to shared stories, our storytelling projects can challenge stereotypes, foster understanding, and build connections within the community.
Our training sessions, led by an expert resident professional, enable educators, organisations, and community members to develop cultural competence and keep inclusion at the centre. Every training session we develop is informed by theory and real-life experience.
Our research and consultancy endeavours centre on migrant experience to enable institutions to develop informed policy and effective methods for engagement. We hope to support our intention of discourses that lead to longer-term decision-making.
Our work in conflict and mediation aims at bringing community members together to examine our differences while resolving tension and promoting mutual understanding.
Migration Short Histories is a Continuing Professional Development (CPD) accredited training course equipping professionals with a well-rounded picture of migration, asylum, and displacement, providing participants with the knowledge and understanding.
We design and host dialogue events bringing together different voices in our communities, from community members, organisations, and policy-makers, to discuss issues around identity, inclusion, and belonging.

All projects are based on lived experience, allowing migrants, refugees, and those seeking asylum to serve as authors of their own discussions, advocates of change, and bring about empathy on behalf of the community.

Dialogue Fosters bridges communities through storytelling, education, and collaboration. We empower migrants/refugees/asylum seekers to share their lived experiences and challenge stereotypes to build an inclusive and empathetic society toward one another.
